Omnicron Got Me

It has been a pretty eventful week for sure. The mission has been putting a big push on finding new people! So that's exactly what we are doing and we have been kind of successful. We found 2 halfway promising people. One of them his name is Dennis. He has meet with the good Ole missionaries before but when we asked him he said he never have! So we asked if he would be interested in hearing a message about Jesus Christ he said ya for sure for sure come on in. So we shared a message then asked if we can come back and he said for sure. So the next visit we gave him a Book of Mormon and he said he isn't much a reader but we really begged him to just read one sentence so we are hoping for a miracle that he turns to the magic page and just keeps reading!

 

 

Then the rest of the week was good just good Ole missionary work and all! 

 

 

But apparently there is a new strand of the Rona going around called the Omnicron and well I had a sore throat all week and just figured it was a common cold no worries. But then the mission had a big zoom call with all the missionaries telling us about it and saying that if we have the symptoms, we had to Quarantine for 5 days!!! SOOOO naturally as any logical young missionary would do.... I hid my symptoms for like a couple days, but they just kept getting worse so I decided to be obedient and call Sister Haymond and tell her. She said I had to Quarantine for 5 days so I started on Sunday after taking the Sacrament then leaving early because I felt bad. So now we are just doing a bunch of calling and well just trying to not go crazy. This will literally be the longest I've stayed inside in my WHOLE LIFE it's only been 2 full days and I’m going crazy! BUTTT don't worry I'm fine, not worried about the Omnicron just head aches and congested runny nose sore throat just common cold stuff.
