Normal Week

Hi everyone hope you're all doing well. I made it another week, time is sure going by quick.

This week we have been working hard and been praying a lot but nothing seemed to get going for us which is to bad but we had some cool things happen.

A crazy funny story I'll share. So we were walking out of our apartment complex and there was this older lady outside sweeping her porch and as any good missionary would do we asked her if we could help her. And she said yes but not with the porch haha. She was like "Can you go get my meds from walgreens" so we were like heck we asked her if we could help we can't tell her no haha. So we said yes and we got it taken care of but let me tell ya it's pretty tricky to get meds for other people haha. But we got them back and she then proceeded to just talk for like 30 minutes about how grateful she was and wanted to pay us back. But as any good missionary would do we said we couldn't take it. But she was bound and determined to get us something. So she said "well I don't have a car how about you park in my in parking spot" which is a huge blessing because we have the short end of the stick and the other elders get the covered parking spot so we end up walking like 5 minutes back to the apartment haha. So that was nice of her.

I'll share a story of God answering a pray! So if any of you know me good enough I have a problem with miss placing my wallet sometimes hehe. Well last p-day I was having a great ole time and then right as the day was ending I was like dang....I don't have my wallet...so we searched and searched and had other missionaries look but we could not find it. So we said a prayer as a companionship and looked again and still couldn't find it. So we took off to our lesson. Then later that night like right before bed time we got a call from the sisters in the zone saying very loudly "A MEMBER OF OUR WARD FOUND YOUR WALLET" Wahoo so I was reunited one again. And this was the first time I lost it my whole mission so that's pretty good.

But it was just a huge testimony builder that God does answer prayers. But not the way we think He is or the way we want Him to but He always does. He could have led me right to where it was but He had a greater plan and wanted me to learn so I'm very grateful for that experience!

0h yeah we also got a flat tire that I got to change which was kinda fun.

Hope you all have a great week, keep the faith!

Love
